Goldkamp Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, demolition, and related services. All services are subject to availability and site conditions at the time of service.
3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING
All estimates provided are non-binding and based on the information available at the time of the quote.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Volume and weight of items
- Accessibility (stairs, tight spaces, distance from truck, etc.)
- Labor required
- Type of materials being removed
We make every effort to provide accurate estimates; however, the final price may be higher or lower than the initial estimate.
Clients are only charged for the items and materials actually removed.
Final price is based on volume and conditions at time of service.
4. SCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL WINDOWS
We strive to provide same-day or next-day service whenever possible; however, same-day service is not guaranteed.
Appointment times are provided as estimated arrival windows and may vary due to:
- Traffic
- Job delays
- Weather
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays when possible.
5. ACCESS AND JOB CONDITIONS
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all items to be removed.
Additional charges may apply if:
- Items are not ready or accessible
- Disassembly is required
- Conditions differ from what was originally described
- There are excessive labor requirements
If conditions are unsafe or significantly different, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

While we take reasonable care in performing our services, the Client acknowledges that junk removal involves inherent risks, including moving large or heavy items in confined spaces.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldkamp Junk Removal is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Minor cosmetic damage (including scratches, scuffs, or dents)
- Damage resulting from tight spaces, limited access, or obstacles
- Damage caused by structural weaknesses or unsafe conditions
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or not as described.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hazardous materials
- Biohazard conditions
- Structural risks
- Unsafe working environments
10. PROHIBITED MATERIALS
Unless explicitly agreed upon, we do not accept hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:
- Chemicals
- Paints and solvents
- Asbestos
- Medical or biohazard waste
The Client is responsible for disclosing any such materials prior to service.
11. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is the property of Goldkamp Junk Removal unless otherwise stated.
You may view and print pages for personal use only. You may not:
- Republish, sell, or redistribute website content
- Copy or reproduce material for commercial use without permission
